I never received any documents pertaining to the investigation into the attacks, which was unprecedented. When there was an insurrection in Sydney, ambassadors were allowed access to information from the intelligence community, but that wasn't the case with the 13/6 attack and the fighter jet being shot down.

If you want to know with certainty what happened in the attacks, you're going to need someone from the Intelligence Directorate-General who was involved in the investigation. I mean, the IDG having investigative powers is itself unprecedented. They weren't given this power until after Chancellor Kaufman passed ESPA 19. However, good luck getting someone to talk. Kaufman was IDG before she was a politician. She has friends in high places in the IDG.

If this doesn't pan out, you should also be investigating Kara Beckett, who was appointed the director of SIEGE. When ESPA was passed, an agency was created that had hybrid policing, military, and intelligence powers, yet the public knows nothing more about this agency's activities. SIEGE is an agency that Kaufman wanted to create for a long time and we don't know who they are and what they're doing.

If you want to know more about Beckett, I imagine that you're gonna need to talk to someone who knows her and I can think of only one person that the public knows that he knows about Beckett. You're gonna need to talk to the most unpopular politician in the country—Steve Bennett. He fought alongside Beckett in the 2014 war and had known her for years before she was chosen to be part of the VRSOG."

Hystaigan defence minister Arza Bente

The Hystaigan defence minister's vehicle approached the parked cargo plane to greet the representatives of Point Rain Armories. Arza Bente was anxious to meet them and receive the cargo, believing that the new arms would turn the tide of war. In no time, his vehicle stopped near the Point Rain Armories representative and Bente headed out to greet him. 

 Johann saw the Hystagian Defence Minister and bowed slightly in a sign of respect. "Minister Bente, On behalf of Point Rain Armories, We thank you for selecting our products and services." the representative said as he rose from his bow. "We hope that these arms, (gesturing to a crate of sample firearms and munitions) will be enough to begin the effort to turn the tide and restore Hystagian Sovereignty"

Representative Johann nods, "Glad to be of service sir, but these munitions aren't all we have to offer sir. As a gesture of good will, Point Rain Armories (one of the T-X15s is guided out of the Cargo into view by Sen. Representative Sam) will also lend 10 of our prototype T-X15 main battle tanks. I won't bore you with the details sir, but the X15 is crewed by 3 people, armed with a 150 mm smoothbore cannon and two 13 mm machine guns. The tank comes standard with 45 HEAT rounds with 32 of them preloaded in the autoloader and is protected by composite armor. But before I continue, Minister Bente, this is my superior, Representative Sam Atkins." Johann gestures to Sam as she walks away from the tank to join the minister and her Junior.

"Minister Bente, I'm sure my Junior exchanged greetings but it is a pleasure to meet you sir." she then turns to Johann and asks, "Rookie, where are you on the presenting these tanks?"

"I was about to inform the Minister of our policy for collecting data on the prototypes." replied Johann,

Johann nods as he "As I was saying Sir, Point Rain Armory also makes it a policy to equip all prototypes with data gathering equipment to see where the company can improve the performance of our products, so we ask that your men don't remove or tamper with them. Furthermore, because of its status as a prototype, the tanks were not included in Hystaiga's overall bill sir. We will also swap these prototypes with the proper export model once the combat data has been collected and improvements are made to the X15."

Point Rain Armory employees dispatched to Hystaiga have refused to surrender their remaining wares to Valkyrian Authorities and have chosen to hide and create underground caches for the Hystaigan resistance to find later. Lead Representative Graham Kimblee has been presumed missing in action in Karelia with several Point Rain Armory Contractors.
