Action 1 IAF fly helicopters from IAF Montacia to each of the islands in the search area in order to land troops to search for parts of the wreckage.
Action 2 IAF airdrops bouys across the search area to monitor the ocean currents.
Action 1: Move to Winston Island.
Action 2: Trying to locate the area which the plane should've crash with physics. Action 3: Test plausibility of theories on how the plane could've crash.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO PUT HERE
Action 1: Send a fleet of coast guard ships and a helicopter carrier to Winston Island
