Resentine has legalized the use of marijuana, with exceptions of use before and during work. All hard drugs like Cocaine and Heroin are banned, both dealers and smugglers sent to prison and users sent to rehabilitation. Resentine has established "Safe Use" clinics where addicts can use their drugs safely and are watched over by State Medical Staff. Police are trained to deal with overdose situations if they need to.

For reference, "certain psychoactive substances" means that alcohol, tobacco, and possibly marijuana are legal.

We allow alcohol and tobacco in smoking only. Only companies can provide it.

Well, in that case. Smoking tobacco is allowed as long as it is not in public areas. Alcohol can be bought from the age of 20.

Since I can only vote once, I'll specify:

In Bruuma, psychoactive substances are allowed for medical purposes.

In Puerto Pollo, most psychoactive substances are allowed for recreational use.

P.S.: Alcohol and tobacco are legal in both countries and are a state monopoly.

In Karnetvor, both tobacco and alcohol are legal at the federal level, with the obvious regulations (it is illegal to smoke in public areas, one must be 20 years old to buy them). Psychoactive substances are allowed for medical purposes. Two out of five states, and the Capital District have legalized marijuana for recreational purposes. Cocaine, heroin, and other hard drugs are illegal.

Marijuana and Alcohol is legal in Patagonya, as is Cocaine, Mushrooms, but you can only buy a limited amount of it per 6 months and you need a license to sale it, but the license requires you to give up your right to illegal search and seizure as well as a well-documented, factualrecord of customers, and quantities they have bought. Failure to comply is 15 years in federal prison. Heroin, Angel Dust, Ruffies, members of the Amphetamine family, and other hallucinogenic drugs are highly illegal.
