Classic sleeper subvert and destroy is a facet that all GP forces should cultivate - to activate a high influence sleeper at a moments notice can often pull the rug from under your opponents - in the past I have handed such puppets over to my colleagues to allow them to take regions and deliver a knockout blow with minuscule forces available 

Sleeper networks can also provide sounding stations for opportunities and intel

Consider three regions just raided by TBH:

Razor back ripple 1
Skills Depay Da Bills 1
Some island out in the middle of nowhere 1

All had one resident at the time of the raid

There was no community and the region could easily avoided a raid by that nation moving out temporarily and refounding.

Razor Back Ripple now has four nations -

2 raiders
1 Resident
1 Defender

Unless a permanent solution is applied to the region it will be raided/de-tagged ad nauseum, serving only to give oxygen to the TBR propaganda machine

If it was locked then the single occupant could either remain in the region in blissful solitude,safe from further attacks, could leave to find another region or perform the necessary refound

If this procedure is carried out then such "petty raiding" would cease as the regions would be removed from the cycle, reducing the field of operations for both defenders and raiders.

Effectively it would force both to choose their targets with more consideration, and remove the random wanton attacks on regions that are unable to defend themselves

These are from TSP IRC earlier. Do you have the experience and initiative to back it up, Distortilla? It is easy to know what to do with an army and something entirely different to succeed. Things will get in the way. You'll get sick. You'll be disheartened by a lack of success, by criticism, by arguing within your ranks. Do you have the willpower to tackle all of this and lead the military of The South Pacific?
