Esteemed Members of the South Pacific,

Over two years ago, in early January of 2016, Esfalsa initiated its diplomatic outreach program, founding the Esfalsan Center for Embassies with the intent to establish an expansive yet closely aligned group of economic and political partners and allies. It is with regret, but also sincerity, that I now admit that the program has failed to achieve its goals. Perhaps the time was not right for Esfalsa to enter the regional arena; perhaps our diplomatic efforts were not effectuated with sufficient zeal. Regardless, the network of both economic and political alliances and partnerships envisioned at the outset of the program has not materialized.

Now, it is my pleasure to announce a renewed effort by Esfalsa to interact with the many other nations of the South Pacific. On 12 July 2018, the Esfalsan Legislature enacted the Diplomatic Act (34/2018.6.8). In accordance, Esfalan diplomats will now begin to execute the new policy of diplomatic expansion set forth in the Act. Furthermore, in my capacity as the Chancellor of Esfalsa, I would like to personally extend a warm embrace to all nations in the South Pacific and express my enthusiasm in regards to the prospect of establishing prosperous and symbiotic relations.
