Over 1,000 people, including Ha'Coron' Finix, have tested positive for GID-20, and are still waiting for more test results to be confirmed. All 1,214 new cases have been moved to the Hospital of Ha'Hani and FiHami's Military Medical Facility for close monitoring, though authorities worry that both medical facilities will be flooded. The General Hospital is already at capacity with the recent surge, and the Military facility is near capacity. Prime Minister Kilaui Kuri has ordered the construction of a specialized facility to hold a much larger amount of people, aiming to transfer the patients of the general hospital to the new facility when complete.

Anserisa expresses its condolences for the death of Prime Minister Renaldo Atis.

On other news, there are no more cases of what was thought to be GID-20 in Anserisa, although scientists believe it may be another virus since the symptoms seen in Anserisa do not match entirely with that of GID-20. The travel restrictions on the nations will be lifted once these nations are declared free of viruses.

After concern was risen about the first false positive test on a patient was detected, it was found that no one at the Market on monday actually had GID-20. What was found was a novel astrovirus, which 263 of the currently-quarantined attendants have tested positive for as well. Many people in FiHami have become critical of the nation's ability to test for GID-20 or any other infections. FiHami's Minister of Health has stated that "We have realized a critical flaw in our test that will raise a lot of false positives. We are working on fixing our mistakes and making a better test. And we are studying the novel Astrovirus as well, and keeping affected individuals quarantined."

Alton City General Hospital have not yet decided how Renaldo Atis' funeral will be allowed to be held. His body is being preserved in the morgue until a decision is made.

Prime Minister Barrett spoke at a press conference today saying that campaigning will continue for June 2020, June 2020 is not cancelled, the planned Referendums will go ahead but she has firmly insisted that campaigning will continue online, Referendums will be run using a special URL and if the country is still on lockdown for the election, there will be a special URL for that too. She has urged politicians to use their heads. She has given this advice to the public. Remember, you will get through this, tell jokes, even bad ones, be kind, even kinder than you were yesterday, listen to science and doctors and stay strong, be positive. Not test positive, be positive.

Prime Minister Barrett has said whilst campaigning that the Modern Marxists are giving the north of Qaweritoyu a huge boost and then all the people can come out and lick the chocolate off it. She has also said she is very proud of her working class roots, when she was growing up, her family were only able to afford an outside toilet and eventually they got enough money for a house.

Prime Minister Hopeful Texeteti' has once again taken to the streets, claiming that Prime Minister Atis' death was "A conspiracy to cover up Eggraria brainwashing Qaweritoyu's politicians to spread the Eggrarian Stomach Flu all over the world!".  

FiHami doctors have taken note of the true nature of the disease outbreak from Ha'Hani Commerce Square, and have conclusively determined the cause to be a relative to the Filovirus, which is being dubbed "Firivirus" by FiHami researchers due to the high fever associated with the infection.  The amount of people infected has determined to be 321.  Of the 321 patients, 125 are in Intensive Care.  34 of the 125 patients seem to have developed Encephalitis as a result of the viral infection. The original point of infection, thought to be FiHamian, is as of yet unknown.  Researchers are advising anyone who was present at the Ha'Hani Commerce Square on Monday to monitor for nausea, vomiting, high fever, confusion, aches, weakness, and coordination problems, and to report to a doctor for testing as soon as possible.
