Declaration of World Arrest Warrants
#1

As the World Forum representatives take their seats after an extraordinary session had been called, Chaknunachdchik heads toward the rostrum, seemingly calm but with an urgent stride.

He hesitates no longer to give his brief speech, as some diplomats are still headed to their spots.

"Ladies and gentlemen of this great Assembly, I thank you for taking your time in partaking in this extraordinary session. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I believe the pressing subject matter I will be talking about would be urgent enough to justify it.

As you would know, a month ago three individuals confirmed to be members of the Anti-Imperialist Liberation Army plotted an attack on one of the most prestigious and important financial institutions of our country. The outrageous attack claimed 48 innocent lives on that day, and injured several dozen more, making it one of the most deadliest attacks on Techanerean soil.

In a joint investigation conducted by our intelligence agencies, the Internal Security Directorate and the Overseas Investigation Bureau, it has been concluded that these three individuals had fled the country more than a week ago, and are believed to have entered the Transcrabrian Sea on speedboats, bordering international waters. It has not been concluded, however, the reason as to how they had taken off undetected, which is a matter still under investigation. We have a reasonable suspicion to believe that enough time has passed for them to disembark in another country.

As a member of the International Anti-Criminal Organisation, or the IACO, we reserve the right to "issue a World Arrest Warrant against a person for any crime under the scope of IACO," as mentioned in Section E of Resolution 10 passed by this Assembly.

So as such, I present to the Forum the issuance of three World Arrest Warrants for these said individuals: Damis Aschkeryuz, Gadchnor Kieran, and Zadierun Ischikaryun, for their crimes of mass murder committed on 7 September, killing 48 innocent lives and injuring several more. Domestically, these individuals are being tried in absentia in our Imperial Supreme Court, and we plead to the law enforcement and intelligence agencies of our fellow member states to cooperate with us in finding these individuals and bringing them back home.

Justice will be duly served once these immoral people are in our hands. Thank you."

Chaknunachdchik steps off the stage and wanders off into the backrooms.
