The Oceanic Midsommar Union of Izaakia and La Montagne has been officially inaugurated into the North Cordilian Union as an observer.

Even though the current international condemnations of Izaakia and La Montagne continues, the NCU allows Izaakia and La Montagne to enter as one nation. The NCU does not take sides in this diplomatic spat, and the response of it's member states and observers do not translate as the stance of the NCU.
