Does anybody disagree and would prefer the Assembly continuing the discussion on that matter?

With that the discussions continues to be held in the Assembly.

I would like to use this to finally speak on that matter. When the Ryccian Federation was asking the WF to take actions against Qaweritoyu, we indeed had very serious problems going on down there, which are not connectable to our vision of a modern or even democratic nation.
As far as we see it, the situation has improved for the people in the last few months on the matters criticised by the Ryccian Federation. Furthermore Ryccia was announcing unilateral action, if the WF wouldn't take any actions. They already did take their unilateral actions as far as we know though nevertheless.
As the last point, I want to raise: We have seen throughout the weeks the velocity in which politicians in Qaweritoyu changed positions and how laws get changed. The only reasonable complaint in my humble opinion is, that this state might be a failed state, which is something the WF can't change without putting peacekeeping troops into place, which is not possible without the International Court (OOC: Which can't work yet, as the judges will get voted on in the next speakership-elections), and likely not even possible at all as Qaweritoyu is not a member of the WF.

To summarise: Since
1.  -the problems Ryccia was bringing forth to us were somewhat resolved,
2. - the Ryccian Federation did not wait to take unilateral actions, and
3. - the further problems are neither within the area of responsibility of the WF nor does the WF have the means to tackle the further problems, I would like to close the entire discussion and advise all members, who still want to take actions against Qaweritoyu to do this unilaterally.

Is someone disagreeing with that?

We object to this unfair description of our actions. Despite our threats to resolve what the international community refuses to, Ryccia exercised restraint and did not initiate any military action. The only "unilateral action" we have taken are sanctions, which are obvious and responsible actions. We request that this Assembly to stop mischaracterizing our actions and portraying them as hostile and one-sided irresponsibility.

Military action is not the only unilateral action. And if you meant that all the way, I repeat again, that such action would not have been possible to take by the WF up until now.
Anyway: I need to apologise for letting you feel mischaracterised, however this does not change points 1 and 3 I made, so I still tend to close this discussions except there is a counter-argument for one of the valid points, I seem to have made.

Since some time has passed without any new arguments or statements from member nations, I will assume the matter closed for debate.
