Berusturg joined the CPSC in 2004 following a referendum and the vote of the Federative Council. The Base-17 observatory (also publicly known as 17-Ultier) has been conducting research since its opening in 1989. The CPSC have helped Berusturg on multiple space programs since their entry, including the launch and arrangement of the Rushenov-09 satellite in 2019, Berusturg's biggest launched satellite so far.
