It was a cloudy and windy Saturday afternoon, Commander of the Bzerneleg Southeastern Command Admiral Robert Bostwick made a speech at Rouen Naval Base before setting sail to Deriess Island of Sedunn, where the command's headquarters will temporarily be before the Bzerne government finished searching a permanent place for the command.

News during wartime would be a lot more serious and surprising, and it is. "Officials say Agot may smuggle dangerous biological weapons, including Catra Death, into Reizen." Not even taking his first bite on the PB&J sandwich he just made, his eyes and mouth went wide-opened and the sandwich fell. "Son of a b***h" said the President in shock. 1 hour later PRESIDENT BLYTHE: Gentlemen, have a seat. Do you know why I want to meet you so early? EVERYONE ELSE: No, sir. PRESIDENT BLYTHE: Agot b******s are trying to smuggle the Catra Death in Reizen. DIRECTOR SCHALLER: Actually we were planning to tell you today, sir. PRESIDENT BLYTHE: Alright. SECRETARY RASMUSSEN: We got an envoy from the RDC that's about to come here. PRESIDENT BLYTHE: Well we can't let f*****g communists run Reizen, of course, so definitely RDC's our best hope. VICE PRESIDENT BLYTHE: What we're aiming for is that Reizen comes back under full Frost control and RDC leads the government so we could ensure democratic and capitalist rule in Reizen. The source is reputed reliable". "We should send our elite commandos in Reizen and have them strike at the shipments" suggested the Head of the Army. "The chance of success are too volatile" intejected the Head of the Air Force "Our long-range bombers can flat out RIM launchers before they can strike" "What if they deploy it with spies, maybe poisoning water reserves?" objected the Head of the Navy "My submarines can strike down Agotian ships and planes before they reach Reizen". "Comrades, your suggestions are heard and appreciated" said Drake "But the Eternal Leader has designed a different course of actions. This Agotian reckless move can actually exploited at our advantage, to shift the international ostility from us toward them. It also offer an opportunity to rebuke the pressure our enemies are putting on our new friends in The Peony". "This is what we are going to do: first, we will invite Huawan to send some of its scientists in Bruuma to work together to develop an antidote to Catra Rye Disease and hopefully the weapon generated from it. "More?" "More." Doctor Kane slid more money to the Frost border guard. "A large shipment of equipments are made by Agot, said to be relief equipment. Some say it's more to arms deals that might be the turning point for the conflict. There are plenty of rumors of an arms deal between Agot and the RIM." "They would land somewhere." "The RIM capital of Kinjishi and Lower Kotci. They say that the supposed transaction will be there" "Alright, thank you." "Detective Naruhodou. What do you suppose it is?" "Something I hope never sees the light of day." Doctor Kane donned some RIM uniforms. His disguise and Peonic features made him almost indistinguishable from the parties playing in the event, at least in that village. With him are the nature of the shipment, when it is going to be received and the lot. His informant is a strong one, but everyone can be wooed by money. Money doesn't discriminate after all. As such the money made him tight lipped, if not, then a bullet to the medulla oblongata would. He had thought the shipment were to arrive by boat or by truck. But Agot couldn't get into the field via a blockade, nor had the shipment filled with those items. He makes his way to the RIM capital, where another informant has been given to him. He looks at the watch, and looked at the date. Today is the day where the MSF has finally deployed their first camp.

"Is this a joke?" asked Politburo Chairman Alphonse Kirihito as he put down the letter. "No Mr. Chairman, our couriers received this from an Agotian emissary." responded his aide, Charlie Genkai. "I see... Have the Politburo and Party Secretary been made aware of this?" asked Kirihito. "Yes Sir, copies of the letter have been issued to the Politburo and our leader per Party rules." responded Genkai. "Good. I want you to clear my schedule for the day and call a meeting with the Politburo. We have much to discuss." said Kirihito as he rose from his desk. "Understood sir, the Politburo will be informed immediately." said Genkai as he rushed out of the room. RDC HQ, Zett Island, Reizen President Minshu smiled as he read the Bzerneleg letter, "Excellent, we have another ally in our struggle against the RIM. Hopefully the Empire will realize its folly and negotiate peace through a global approach." The President drafted a short message thanking the President of Bzerneleg and agreeing to fly to Bzerneleg in a few days. Ikireijin City Hall, Reizen President Revan Kensei was speaking to his Foreign Minister, the Reizen theater commander, the crown princess when the door to his makeshift office burst open."Mr. President why on the Goddess' will are you allowing those COMMUNIST FILTH to deliver supplies to the WPR?!" roared Major General Kuri Amano as he burst into the conference room that served as the President's makeshift office. The President was about to respond when the Crown Princess spoke coldly, "It appears that the President owes us an explanation... If they did have advisors or soldiers along with the cargo it would be more beneficial for us to control the narrative and hunt them down on land than hit them while they masquerade as an Aid Plane and hold our Country's international image hostage." It would be far more beneficial for us to grow stronger under the protection of the Empire and take control from the shadows. H: But then wouldn't the Frost Empire claim credit for our reforms?? Bringing it back to the subject at hand, if we can convince the Agotians to deliver their biological weapon to us, then we can either deliver it to our friends in Bruuma or deliver it to the Frosts as a way to push for better terms. H: Are you sure that is wise? K: I am not certain, but what we do know is that the RIM will be looking to replace their depleting chemical weapons stocks and it is only a matter of time when they decide to secure their flanks and attack both our lines and the Frost lines to our north. A: At the very least we will have something to work with rather than rigid dogma. K: Indeed... then this matter will be brought to a vote/ (He paused) I know that this conversation was dominated by myself and the three senior members of the Politburo, but I hope the rest of you to contribute in our next meeting comrades.
