Other than that I really had the mindset of "I'm finishing Nakari's term, lets not overstep the boundaries here". A lot of the projects I wanted to work on (Like the ribbon rack and currency) I realized would be better approached from the PM position.
2. I mentioned above that I didnt really want to dictate policy to the ministries. I think the way to avoid this situation is to find a common ground with the elected ministers to see how to approach my goals.
3. a) So basically I am not going to float a full raider or full defensive military plan, I believe in the neutrality between the two.
    b) I would like for the Military here to be larger and better functioning. By encouraging people to join the SPSF and the reserves, we can up group population and introduce new leadership to the ministry.

(1) I'm not familiar with your efforts in the MoRA. Could you expand on this reorganisation of the advisory council, please?

(2) What is a ribbon rack?

(3) How much is the Cabal paying you to not go full Raider? Devil

1. I have reorganized the Advisory council to include leaders (managers I call them) of each division (for example Art, Integration, and Journalism), this works better because it allows effective leadership at a level beneath the minister. For example the person in charge of art represents their ideas and goals to both the minister and the workers in that division.
2. This is an idea I think is great! A ribbon rack is the technical word for the device that holds the ribbons displayed on military uniforms. How I intend to use it in this context is to establish regional awards for various activities and the such that can be displayed in a ribbon rack like system on the forums. For example an award representing submitting a bill that is passed to the assembly, which would be represented by a specific ribbon that can be displayed on the ribbon rack.
3. I dont believe in raiding or the cabal. I think that there should be a balance of raiding and defense in the region and that there should be new leadership in the region.

Can you explain in which way you think SPSF could function better?

Additional questions.

First, besides reorganizing the AC, which is an internal matter, what actual substantive things have you done in MoRA? Anything that's visible or demonstrable?

Second, it has been my long held belief that the Prime Minister should be at least have a rudimentary understanding of each Ministry. You're Minister of Regional Affairs, so I'll leave that out. Can you demonstrate in some fashion that you know anything about what SPSF or the Foreign Affairs ministry are doing?

I'd appreciate it if your answers included specifics and aren't general platitudes, as most of your answers have been.

Question: If you consider your Ministers to be derelict in their duties, will you request a recall?

(Sorry for the late response, there was a sudden and unexpected tragedy recently, but I should be alright now that my mom is doing better and will be out of the hospital soon)

I think that the SPSF could have more members and leaders. The more prepared and ready a military branch can be the better it functions, I believe that is a general rule.

1. I started the process of the ribbon rack awards system, and I started our involvement in the Interpacific Media Office, other than that I have really had the mindset of me just filling the remainder of Nakari's term.
2.The SPSF is something that im not as knowledgeable about, as I havent served in TSP's (or any) regional military. Forigen Affairs as far as I can tell have been dealing with the organization of a themed festival and working on the proscriptions passed by the cabinet.

Taking things slow and starting with being familiar with eachother.
Festivals or events that can be participated by both regions I think would be a good start, expecially if it's something more relaxed and similar to a meet and greet. (Also our mutual cooperation in the IMO is something that helps this) I think that a lot of people who are newer to the region aren't very aware of twp or their people, and im sure its vice versa as well.
I think that once relationships and friendships are started it will be easier to start formal diplomatic relations. Any goal we hope to achieve should be started with mutual respect, because the problem as it stands now can get out of hand if we dont foucus on working together. Right now the general consensus is that the two regions are ignoring eachother, but this could easily turn into open hostility if it isnt guided in the right direction.

Like if theyre not working or doing their best? That is something that I wouldn't be opposed to if the situation is bad.

I really liked roavins monc call when he saw the cabinet as not being proficient to his standards (is timscade is any measure of how bad they were behaving, then I certainly support that move)
