The Gianlucian ambassador to the WF Strunk stands up and goes up to the rostrum.

"Hereby GI-Land gladly accepts its election to the speakership of this house. Now, Ladies and Gentlemen, I hope, the World Forum can sincerely start working and focus on making the lives of all our people better through cooperation and maintaining peace as far as possible.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I've got one more thing to do. According to WFR1, Section C, Paragraph 3, I may nominate a Deputy Speaker, who then needs a simple majority of the Assembly to get elected Deputy Speaker.
Mr. Jean Claude, the Omegan Ambassador, I would like to nominate you as Deputy Speaker of the World Forum. 
Do you accept the nomination?"
