Foreign Intelligence comes under the MoA's remit. What are you views regarding the use and costs/benefits of intelligence in NS?

I think Intelligence definitely has some value, but it comes at a high cost. You can't just send anyone to be a spy; it has be someone who is skillful enough to infiltrate the enemy and collect useful information. I would also like to stress that every WA nation has a premium value in this game. So an intelligence operative is sacrificing a WA nation that otherwise would be able to participate in NSA military operations.

To me the costs and benefits are something you'd have to weigh on a case-by-case basis, but the benefits are undeniable. I have seen spies reap benefits (both for my side and against my side), but they have to be deployed in a calculated fashion in places that would yield the most important information.
