This discussion is still ongoing, but we would like to file a statement against Ryccia.
Statement regarding Ryccia
After careful deliberation among the President's Council, we have decided in a unanimous vote to impose all types of sanctions upon the nation masquerading as 'Ryccia', in addition to any colonies they might claim.
This event comes after numerous instances of Ryccian brutality against not only its own citizens, but that of the SSU member, Laiwan as well. The brutality of the Ryccian regime was demonstrated during the Socialist Republic of Tal as military forces invaded the self-declared independent nation. We have been supporting the Socialist Republic due to these extreme measures, and we do not know the fate of the Republic.
The actions previously taken against Ryccia by the Sporaltryan Union will in no way be removed any time in the near future, with the exception of a new government coming to power in Ryccia that does not condone any form of human rights violation that the current administration has committed. The trade sanctions will be increased to the maximum, all immigration and travel to Ryccia and colonies will be prevented in its entirety, and we urge our allies through the Southern Socialist Union to do, if not the same, some level of sanctions. We also urge all nations within the Southern Cooperation Organisation to do some form of similar sanctions against Ryccia, to show that their actions are an enemy to the ability to live in peace within their own country without an attack on the government for their views. We do not officially recognize the Ryccian Government, and we will be shutting down any Ryccian Embassies on the land of the Sporaltryan Union. We will also recall our ambassadors from Ryccia, in addition to any transportable entity from the embassies on Ryccian land.
We also judge the legitimacy of the so called 'King' of Ryccia, as it is our belief that a teenager, regardless of the intelligence level or maturity level, must not be allowed to run a country of millions, as some of the results have been shown with the Administration committing previously stated violations of human rights.

We will still support Ryccia. We do not agree with the Sporaltryan Union.
We also do not recognize the SRT, as the independence was declared by Talyan authorities, NOT the people. The SRT has also invaded the Listberg Division of Ryccia and rejected peace talks, a sign of hostile behavior.
It should also be noted that the human rights violations were created in the Isvou Administration, and the former Prime Minister blackmailed and even tortured officials of the Ryccian Government. Now that Isvou fled into Laiwan(and we are still searching him), his subordinate, Vice Prime Minister Karen Cline has taken power. She also was a victim of the corrupt former PM, as the Ryccian Government has told us that she was blackmailed into accepting military force in the Nueva España Protests, and into accepting the so called "Sound Bomb" tests.
If Sporaltryus dares to attack Ryccia, our ally, we will declare war. We mean it. We do not wish it to be that way, but if such time comes, we will be heartbroken to declare war.
We urge the Sporaltryan Union to reconsider.
And, also, doesn't Sporaltryus present a threat to peace as well?
- Tried to invade a nation(Qvait) to get rid of a virus
- Supported the SSFR terrorists in Ryccia, who destroyed Ryccia
- Supported the Sydney terrorists
- Invaded territory of Resentine and threatened nuclear war(or so we heard)
- Always supports belligerents who threaten peace if they are socialist
We should focus on peace more than defending socialism.

No. We are sending humanitarian aid and funding, but no actual military forces.

But we mean what we said. We will support Ryccia. Sorry, but its what must be done.
Our, questionable, actions, are being dealt with internally. We feel that, given the sensitivity of the issues involved, the outside world need not know.
